The house is located in the south of Spain in a beautiful location, in the triangle of Granada, Cordoba and Jaen.
The house was originally an old flour mill and provided flour and bread for the entire area. In 2006, the mill was completely renovated and converted into a home. It still has various elements of the old flour mill, which makes it very attractive.
It is important to take into account that the house is located in the mountains. As a result, there are many stairs and steps, which is why it is important to have good mobility.
For the summer months there is a swimming pool to cool off.
